Ans. While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
Ans. Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 2000 on all serviceable pincodes.
Ans. We levy a charge of INR 100 for any return / exchange placed as reverse shipment fee
Ans. You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Ans. At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
Ans. If you receive an email, a call from a person/association claiming to be from www.swadhastyle.com seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data. We at SWADHA STYLE or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
Ans. In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 5-6 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at . We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
Ans. When using Digital Payment Wallets (CCAvenue / PayTM et al) for online payments, there are some exceptional conditions, though a very minuscule instance (less than 0.01%), where Payment Gateway doesn’t provide us the success message immediately or your bank credit/debit card/UPI hasn’t responded to Payment Gateway instantly.
In such a scenario, you might receive a message that your money is being deducted but you can’t see the order immediately in My Account section of SWADHA STYLE.
Please don’t worry if that
is the case, as we do a regular touch-base with these payments gateway every 5-6 hours to seek, if there are any such missing orders and create them in our system and send the regular order confirmation message.
However, even after 8 hours, if you don’t see the order in your My Account Section and email notification, please click here to raise a query, and attach the relevant payment snapshot.
Ans. You can view the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with SWADHASTYLE by clicking My Account link on the top right after you log in to your SWADHASTYLE account. This will take you to "My Account - My Orders" page, where you can view the status of all your orders.
Ans. Our dispatch time is between 7-10 working days from the date of placing the order. Although 90% of orders are dispatched in 7-10 days or less but some orders may take up to 12-14 days for dispatch.
If your order has not been shipped even after 14 days of your placing the order please check the status of your order in the "My Accounts section of our website. You can view the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with SWADHASTYLE by clicking My Account link on the top right after you log in to your SWADHASTYLE account. This will take you to "My Account - My Orders" page, where you can view the status of all your orders. Here you will get the latest updated information about the status of your order.
Ans. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of the order being marked as Delivered failing which the claim will not be entertained. Every time an order is Delivered a message is sent out to the customer's registered mobile number informing the customer about the delivery. The customer is provided with a link that they can click to notify SWADHASTYLE if they have not received the order. Also, customers can raise a query and inform SWADHA STYLE about the non-delivery of the order. We will investigate the details and update you accordingly.
Ans. Relax, your money is safe with us. Our estimated delivery time is between 7-10 working days days once you place the order. You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with SWADHASTYLE. To check the status of your pending orders, click on My Account link in the top right after you log in to your SWADHASTYLE account. This will take you to your "My Account - My Orders" page, where you can view the status of all orders.
Ans. Kindly reach out to us for the wrong/damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. You can visit the “My order” section of your SWADHASTYLE account and click on the order number & request an exchange by selecting the appropriate reason wrong/damaged product received. While we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

You may be required to provide information like a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
The snapshots of the product, packet, and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users.
Also, no exchange or credit voucher will be issued if the product is found to be used after a quality investigation.
Ans. We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order
Ans. In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.
Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.
In addition, order placed during any sale (eg: BOGO) which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
Ans. Normally, pick-up happens within 4 working days after the exchange request has been generated by the customer.
Ans. For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. Ans. You can raise the exchange request once for an order. So, please try all the products you’ve received in one order before initiating the exchange process as we do not provide multiple exchanges for the same order. You can exchange one product / multiple products from an order.
Ans. As your products have been picked up, now your replacement order will be processed and it will be shipped at the earliest. Also, in case if you have opted for a credit voucher, then the voucher will be activated post pickup.
Ans. Please note that we don’t have any second exchange policy. But if you have any other issues with your replacement order please click on Contact Us and leave a message. The customer service team will contact you.
Ans. You can cancel you order within 48 hours of placing the order via SWADHASTYLE official website. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message
Ans. Return request needs to be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.
Ans. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
Ans. In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
Ans. Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.
